Two bedroom could be used as three with a small extra room 1.5 baths oversize one car garage . Nice big fenced back yard. Central heat,, window airs. this is a cute little house with nice siding and newer windows etc. Garage is big for a one car and has extra outlets. The work for deposit is carpet cleaning,, wall cleaning (kids with markers etc) bathroom cleaning etc. Also there are limbs in the back that need hauled off. I will also accept a 400. deposit and take care of the work myself if you choose .
