Found older male Chihuahua with no tags. Brown and tan coloring. Borderline emaciated and NOT neutered.
I found him roaming my neighborhood at 1:30 am after I got home from shooting fireworks. He's very friendly and came right up to me when I got out of my car. A very sweet little dog that loves to run and play.

If you care at all, PLEASE SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR PETS!!! It's the responsible thing to do! THOUSANDS of dogs are put down every year in Tulsa alone and shelters across town are full because there are too many dogs!
