Just over 1 year old pop up. This is the ultimate pop up and has everything you can get for a pop up. Has a 12ft box with King bed on one side and Queen bed on the other side both with heated mattresses and privacy curtains. 13.5K BTU a/c keeps it cold on hottest days. Propane heater with thermostat control. Toilet/shower option with 6gallon cassette holding tank for toilet you access outside. 3 way fridge, 3 burner stove, fantastic fan, RVQ grill that goes on the outside of pop up with a cooking table as well that hooks onto the pop up. 6gallon water heater, 20 gallon fresh water tank and water purifier filter. Care free awning. Electric power lift roof. Stabalizer jacks, Spare tire. Outside shower. 1 piece door. Sofa and dinnette both make into beds as well for sleeping for 8. Cable hookup inside. Inside and outside power outlets.

Things I have added to make it even better that go with the pop up. Dual batteries, dual propane holder and tanks, I added 3/4" styrofoam insulation under the beds for better insulation on cool weather camping, turn table microwave, hanging pantry, 2 12volt fan/light modules one for each side/bed, water pressure adaptor, sink water drainage hose, shower drainage hose, RV to standard plug adaptor.

Everything works 100% perfect. The only 2 things to note: there is a small brown burnt spot on the canvas where I accidentaly closed the pop up and left the light on and it gets really hot and made a brown spot on the canvass and also made a brown spot on the light lense. It did not make a hole in the canvas but I put a small patch on it anyways. IT DOES NOT LEAK and never has leaked. The other item is there is a small hole about 1 inch diameter on a piece of paneling under one of the beds that is barely noticable. I haven't replaced the small 2ft by 2ft piece of paneling as the hole just doesn't bother me and you don't notice it. This is a very nice and well taken care of pop up. I had it in my garage up until about a month ago when I sold my boat, then I moved it onto the boat pad. This will fit in pretty much anybody's garage when closed up as it's just a bit over 16ft long from spare tire to hitch. It has the assist brakes and weighs about 2000lbs dry so just about any minivan or small truck even some cars can pull it. It pulls very easy but you need the round 6 pin plug in to your vehicle.
