I am a 23 yr. old female law student looking for housing starting mid-August. I'm very laid back, progressive, and can get along with almost anyone as long as they're respectful of my space.
I'm moving from the east coast so I wont be able to come out there before moving day, which kinda puts a hamper on my search. A place that is already furnished or semi-furnished would be ideal, but I can buy my own stuff when I get there if necessary.
I'm pretty clean but not crazy about it, and I'm quiet during the week, but like to go out on the weekends.
Also, something within walking or biking distance to TU would be ideal. I'm looking to spend between 250-550 per month depending on how nice/convinent the place is, amenities, number of roommates, ect.
