1986 Correct Craft "Martinique" - $8,700 (Cleveland)

Imagine being on the water with your family and friends in a beautiful, fully restored, one-of-a-kind Correct Craft Martinique Ski Boat - knowing you purchased this fine vessel at 20% of the cost of a new one with like-features. This fine boat is fully restored as a boat builder with over 400 boats to my credit. I know what I am doing. I owned two boat companies and a few more. I do things right or not at all.
As a boat builder, here is what I would want to know as a potential buyer:
General and Features:
The previous owner got sick and sold the boat to me. Brought from OK to TX for restoration and now its back in OK at my home. I did not like the original seating that came from the factory as the original rear seats were a split design and the front two were overstuffed and restricted foot room. Being capable, I redesigned the rear seating to a common beach so you or your wife can lay out or seat three people comfortably. The front seats are now two high value adjustable captain's chairs. This allows for more walk space and greater padded seat comfort. Seats are fully adjustable for swivel and slide.
All new fresh two-tone (white with grey stripes) vinyl upholstery throughout. The vinyl is premium grade. This alone is a $2,000 upgrade and brings the boat back to original.
There are some 23 Teak covers and accents throughout the boat. Each piece has been taken off, sanded, cleaned, re-oiled and reinstalled. Oil was redone this week.
Hull is in excellent condition with minor dock scrapes, etc. (Fiberglass could stand a buff out)
Floors are solid and all repairs were done.
New soft vinyl floor covering throughout the main deck area.
Beautiful oiled teak swim platform. (Just redone)
30 gallon aluminum fuel tank.
All required Navigation Lights.
USCG approved for 6 persons.
Trailer:
Original all steel painted tandem axle float-on trailer with almost no rust.
All like new trailer tires. (2 rims original, 2 new)
Axles have bearing buddies for greasing.
Winch is two speed mechanical.
New carpeted boards at the front of the winch stand.
Bunk carpets in good shape.
Mechanical/Electrical:
Every normal system and feature was inspected, replaced as required and tested operational.
Solid (very Low Time) PCM 351W V-8 engine - less than 350 original hours per gauge. New Starter.
New rear main seal and ring gear. The old seal was tired and the ring gear was damaged from the prior owner allowing high rain bilge water.
Borg Warner Velvet Drive 1:1 Transmission. (almost no time on it)
2024 year 12VDC Main Battery in full charge
Main Battery Disconnect Switch.
Rebuilt fresh Holley 4B Carburetor.
New water pump impeller in the Sherwood RW pump.
New Fuel Filter/Water Separator and new mounting.
New Ford 351W Fuel Pump.
Recent oil change with new filter.
Remote oil drain hose adapter piped to oil pan.
New wire wound exhaust hoses and clamps. Stainless steel dual exhaust tips.
All hoses inspected and operational.
Fuel is currently 1/2 tank and reasonably fresh with Stabill added.
All electrical systems on the circuit breaker panel.
Two hull drains - one as a garber drain under the motor and one as a transom drain.
SKI:
Solid Ski Pylon
Rear stainless steel tow rope guard around rear.
Ski and floatation jacket storage under the rear cushion.
Boat and Package Extras:
Center glass windshield insert in its vinyl storage bag.
Original front snap in vinyl cover for fordeck.
Full length high-quality boat cover.
Bimini top in great condition with cover.
Fire extinguisher mounted at helm.
Drink holders port and starboard
Premium sound system.
New VHF all channel radio, mike, and antenna.
12VDC premium LED deck light installed for night operation.
Owner's manual and dash schematic in PDF.
Thanks for your consideration of the above. If you made it this far, you know this boat is not your typical run down used boat. This boat is a great package will not last long. This boat is safer in my opinion for a family than the traditional ski boat due to its slightly higher sides.
Reasonable offers will be considered. It is a significant like-new boat. Low ballers will be ignored. I will not answer "is it available." I don't need to sell it. It was (and is) my pride and joy having spent over 3 months and many thousands restoring her to a beautiful condition.
