Kitchen Manager and - Must have a food handlers permit!!!
Must be hard working, can read, understand cooking and recipes, Trustworthy, can work long hours and fast pace, sometimes 7 days a week. MUST HAVE COOKING EXPERIENCE, can work well with others. Can lift heavy objects, work in a team atmosphere. Be able to take direction, if bi lingual that is a plus.
