The Hanna School District is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) used 3-bedroom, 2-bath Mobile home located 301 E Second St. Hanna, OK 74845
Starting Bid $5,000
Description:
Used 3-bedroom mobile home/trailer. Being sold as is, where is. Buyer is responsible for removal and all associated costs. All external equipment stays on location (Propane tank, etc.)
Mobile does not have wheels, axels or hitches. The school will provide a Bill of Sale, no title.
Central Heat/Air does not work, all else worked as should when last used.

Bid Submission:
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Sealed Bid – Mobile Home” and delivered to:

Bid Deadline:
All sealed bids must be received no later than 12:00 Noon on APRIL 13TH . Late bids will not be opened or considered.
Bid Opening:
Bids will be opened on April 13th at the board of education meeting April 13th, at the high school board room 301 E Second St Hanna, OK 74845 .
Terms:
The property will be sold to the highest responsible bidder. The Hanna School District, Board of Education, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Hanna School District.
Payment:
Full payment is due within 10 days of bid acceptance. The mobile must be removed within 30 days of purchase.
Bidder needs to include full name, address, phone number, email. Sign and date the bid.
