I’m trying to move closer to my mom’s doctor and family so anywhere all the way around Nowata, OK, within like an hours distance. For example, Tulsa, Owasso, Oolagah, Claremore, Chelsea, Talala, Vinita, Grove, Pryor, Bartlesville, Delaware, Lenapah, Coffeyville, Wann, Salina, etc.
Literally, completely open on location, as long as it is within an hour to/from Nowata.
I have 10 acres in Hoffman, OK. Which is about 10 miles from Henryetta, OK. It is outside city limits.
I’d like to see about trading, but will consider selling for $150,000. No owner finance/carry.
I’d like to trade for a house that has 2-3 acres, more or less, it can be a fixer upper so long as the bones are good. I don’t mind doing a bit of TLC.
Or, I’d trade for anywhere around 5-10 acres of completely fenced land preferably with water, electric, and a septic tank on it, just like mine.
My land is completely fenced with two ponds and a shale pit. The shale pit could be monetized if someone would like to do so, I never did. Had plenty of offers, though. There’s electric on the property, along with water, a water spigot, and 2 septic tanks. There’s a couple pear trees on the property and a persimmon tree. There’s also an inground storm shelter.
There are 2 mobile homes on my property, currently. Both will be left on the property. Uninhabitable.
I do not need/want a realtor.
