I have 10 acres in Hoffman, OK. Which is about 10 miles from Henryetta, OK. It is outside city limits.
I’d like to see about trading, but will consider selling for $150,000. No owner finance/carry.
I’d like to trade for a house that has 3-5 acres, more or less, it can be a fixer upper so long as the bones are good. I don’t mind doing a bit of TLC.
Or, I’d trade for anywhere around 5-10 acres of completely fenced land with water, electric, and a septic tank on it, just like mine.
My land is completely fenced with two ponds and a shale pit. The shale pit could be monetized if someone would like to do so, I never did. Had plenty of offers, though. There’s electric on the property, along with water, a water spigot, and 2 septic tanks. There’s a couple pear trees on the property and a persimmon tree. There’s also an inground storm shelter.
There are 2 mobile homes on my property, currently. Both will be left on the property. Uninhabitable.
