So other than the fact that it has a few areas that have been used as a scratching post by my cats (grrrr, we had a rescue cat in that room for a while) it's literally as good as new. Shortly after we bought it we bought a brand new remote for it for $200 and maybe it was used ONCE.
I have the manual and everything you need. You literally can just plug it up, sit in it, and feel your tensions melt away. There are so many different settings and ways that you can set this up and it will memorize your preferences, it’s SMART!
