I do have a solid wood Q futon that MATCHES, but you'd need a mattress for it; I'd let her go for 150. All nice SOLID furniture that will last for YEARS. For 250 you can kit out your dorm or efficiency down to the couch and bed. I'll get a pic of the futon up eventually.
i might trade around, I do need a good 3T floor jack & some jack stands. Tools, no rusty junk, t00ls for fun, useful stuff. Nothing i have to work on, moving on without the baggage.
