Good condition, with exception of a small shallow 'divot' on coffee table top(upper R), so minor that I never got around to fixing after sanding. All 3 have storage cubbys. 100 firm. The futon is no longer available.
i might trade around, I do need a good floor jack & some jack stands. Tools, no rusty junk, t00ls for fun, useful stuff. Nothing i have to work on.
No deliveries unless you pay upfront & pay for my 17(on a good day)mpg truck fuel & it will be at my convenience. I will help you load them tho.
