We just got this recently but went with a different set. This is still in good condition. Very heavy! Does have a little bit of scuffs on the wood trim but nothing wood varnish can't fix. No rips or tears. It is faux leather. We got it from a smoke free, pet free home. Pickup in southwest Tulsa off 41st and Southwest boulevard.
