Keep your body healthier by alternating between sitting and standing, not just sitting at your desk. This all metal unit sits on top of your desktop and is height adjustable, adjusting from table height to an extra 14" height above your desktop. The frame is made of steel with some aluminum parts. The monitor mount allows you to raise/lower the monitor from top to bottom (table height). Monitor is not included - use with your own monitor!
The monitor mount has a plate with four screws that is attached to the back of your monitor (screws included). Each of the four screws holes are 3" x 3" (75mm x 75mm) apart. So, check the screw locations on the back of your monitor for compatibility.
Or, check the VESA screw pattern (hole spacing) on the back of your monitor. VESA mount also comes in a 100mm x 100mm hole pattern. This larger mount size should be available via VESA Adapters for $20-$30.
A black plastic cone also is included, it helps tilt the monitor to a more natural angle, instead of strictly vertical.
