The color is dark gray/light black ~it kind of depends on the light. You can see the lighter contrast between the fabric top & the black legs. It originally cost approximately $65 with tax. It’s one solid piece, made for attaching to a freestanding bedframe. It has multiple options for height, and the pre-drilled holes have never been used -so they’re not stripped. We just sat it against the wall behind the platform bed frame for the short amount of time that it was used. It does not come with screws or bolts.
