We build brand new 6 X 10 chicken coops .
All new lumber. All lumber that touches the ground is treated 4x4’s. Floor in nesting area is treated. On at least 90% of the frame of the coop, we use hardened steel screws and plenty of them. Some staples and some nails used when necessary. Chicken wire is 14 gauge welded wire. Metal roof and trim. 4 nesting boxes and a roosting ladder. Nesting area has siding on the outside as seen in pictures.
