All new lumber. All lumber that touches the ground is treated 4x4’s. Floor in nesting area is treated. On at least 90% of the frame of the coop, we use hardened steel screws and plenty of them. Some staples and some nails used when necessary. Chicken wire is 14 gauge welded wire. Metal roof and trim. 4 nesting boxes and a roosting ladder. Nesting area has siding on the outside as seen in pictures. Ventilation. The ground to the peak of the roof is over 7 feet tall.

Our 6x10 rustic red metal is our standard build that we sell the most of so we don’t require a deposit on it, but if you want a different color metal or a 6x12 we require a deposit for them. If you are interested in a different color metal, I can send you a picture of the different color options you can choose from.
