Now that summer is in full swing, it’s time to see what that new horse knows or how much the old horse has forgotten.
Or if the last time you tried to ride, you couldn’t get that rascal saddled or mounted or even if it put you in the dirt and you’re not ready to try your hand again just yet, or if you’re the type that is committed to training your own but don’t want to be the first to test the effectiveness of your ground work, or if you’ve got a horse for sale and need a rider for marketing videos give me a call.
With the rising price of horse training
I’m testing the waters with my “turned out for too long $200 tune up”
What you get:
I ride your horse everyday for 1 week in the round pen and/or pasture
(You provide transportation and feed)
Cost: $200
(Pricing that includes transportation and feed available on request)
Or I can come to you/ your facility for “single rides”
What you get:
I come to you with my tack/gear and ride your horse
Cost: $75
I will not compete or day work on your horse
I will not put your horse in or out with mine
I will not haul your horse ANYWHERE without your authorization.
I will not starve your horse
I will not beat your horse
I will not sell your horse
I will fix/work to correct any and all undesirable or dangerous behaviors under saddle or on the ground.
I will work with your “outlaws” and “broncs”
I will “teach” your horse as much as I can in the time allotted
I will offer tips and “tricks” to the owner to help them maintain the horses training.
I also offer “colt starting” from the ground up.
This is not a full training program (30-60-90 day training available upon request and subject to availability) I am simply offering to put a few rides on horses that you are unsure about to see what their level of training is and or to take the edge off of fresh or turned out horses.

Full training program (30/60/90 days) are $300/week ($1200/month)

7. I use “old school” methods with modern considerations. Horse training is a completely different game than when my grandfather was doing it (we know a lot more these days than they did in the 50’s), but a horse is still a horse.
8. Yes this is my “full time Job”. I have decades of “real world” horse experience, and generational knowledge, this is not a “teenage hobby” for me.
