Hello! I’m a 32 year old woman and will be moving to Tulsa mid-August to start law school at TU. I currently live in Rhode Island and therefore can’t visit potential homes, but I am hopeful to find the right place. I have an immaculate rental history and have a good rapport with my neighbors. I can provide references. I’m generally quiet and respectful of the home; basically I don’t tear things up. I don’t have pets, but I would love to get one. It’s not a dealbreaker, though.

I’m looking for a studio or one bedroom, hopefully not more than $500 a month, though I am willing to pay a bit more if utilities are included. I would like to live within a few minutes drive of TU, in a relatively safe area. I am not really interested in having roommates, as I have been living on my own for a few years now and enjoy my independence. Laundry or hookups in the unit would be a plus, and I’d need parking, on-grounds or street. It would also be a bonus to have some outdoor space, a balcony or yard. Again, it’s not a dealbreaker. My main difficulty has been finding an August rental. Perhaps I’m looking a bit too early, but I’d like to get the best place I can find.

If you have a place, please send pictures, and I am willing to video chat to do a “walkthrough”.
