Position Details:
    •    Job Title: Apartment Cleaner
    •    Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
    •    Work Schedule:
    ◦    Full-Time: Average earnings of over $575 per week- 2 cleans a day/ 5 times a week
    ◦    Part-Time: Average earnings of $350 per week- 1 clean a day/ 5 times a week
**Rough cleans pay more**
****Must be able to travel to Muskogee, Claremore, Cleveland and Tahlequah on occasion****
Pay depends on you!
    •    Responsibilities:
    ◦    Perform final cleaning of vacant apartments
    ◦    Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned
    ◦    Follow cleaning checklists to meet quality standards
    ◦    Work closely with our team during the initial training period (1-2 weeks) to understand specific cleaning requirements
    •    Requirements:
    ◦    Reliable transportation
    ◦    Attention to detail
    ◦    Ability to communicate effectively in English
    •    Compensation:
    ◦    1-Bedroom Apartments: $65 per clean
    ◦    2-Bedroom Apartments: $70 per clean
Our current cleaners average between $650- $1000 weekly depending on how much you want to work.
