Open Positions
1) Steel Tiers (Rebar/Precast Reinforcement)
What you’ll do:
Read basic shop drawings and build/assemble rebar cages and mats
Tie rebar using hand tools or power tying tools
Place reinforcing steel, mesh, chairs, and supports in forms
Set embeds, inserts, plates, blockouts, and sleeves as required
Maintain quality and measurements; work with QC/production leads
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
What we’re looking for:
Precast, rebar, or construction steel tying experience preferred
Ability to measure, cut, and bend (as required)
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting typical rebar weights
Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset
2) Riggers (Precast Yard/Plant Rigging)
What you’ll do:
Rig, lift, and move precast products using overhead cranes and/or mobile cranes
Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, spreader bars, and rigging hardware
Use tag lines and safe lifting practices to control loads
Communicate with crane operators using hand signals/radios
Assist with loading/unloading trailers and staging product in the yard
Follow lift plans and plant safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
Rigging experience in precast, steel, industrial, or heavy construction preferred
Knowledge of load handling, sling angles, and safe lift practices
Able to work outdoors and around heavy equipment
NCCCO/rigging certification is a plus (not required if willing to train)
3) Wet Finishers (Fresh Concrete Finishing)
What you’ll do:
Finish fresh concrete surfaces in forms (trowel, broom, edge, chamfer, etc.)
Repair surface imperfections while concrete is green
Help maintain consistent surface quality for architectural or structural pieces
Support placement/strike-off/vibration as needed
Clean tools, forms, and work areas to plant standards
What we’re looking for:
Concrete finishing experience (precast preferred)
Familiarity with hand/power finishing tools and surface tolerances
Good eye for detail and pride in high-quality work
4) Dry Finishers (Precast Repair & Final Surface)
What you’ll do:
Patch and repair cured precast: bug holes, chips, honeycombing, corners/edges
Grind, sand, rub, and blend finishes to match color/texture
Use hand tools and power tools (grinders, sanders, rubbing stones, etc.)
Perform final detail work for architectural/quality appearance standards
Coordinate with QC to meet finish requirements
What we’re looking for:
Precast patching/repair experience preferred (or related concrete/masonry experience)
Strong attention to detail; ability to match finishes consistently
Comfortable using common finishing tools and PPE
5) Batch Plant Driver (Mixer/Plant Delivery)
What you’ll do:
Drive and operate a mixer truck or plant delivery vehicle to supply production pours
Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic housekeeping/maintenance
Coordinate with batch plant and production teams for pour scheduling
Maintain accurate tickets/logs (if applicable)
Follow safe driving and washout/cleanup procedures
What we’re looking for:
Valid CDL Class [A/B] (based on vehicle requirements) + clean driving record
Ready-mix, batch plant, or heavy truck experience preferred
Comfortable working around an active industrial plant environment
Safety-focused with strong communication and punctuality
