We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Lawncare/Landscape Maintenance Crew Members, including both Crew Leaders and Crew Helpers. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors on a variety of landscape projects, contributing to the beautification and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Candidates with experience in landscaping, horticulture, or construction are encouraged to apply, especially those with leadership skills for supervisory roles. The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work.
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to ensure high-quality appearance of lawns and gardens
Assist with planting, mulching, fertilizing, and watering plants to promote healthy growth
Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
Support construction projects such as installing hardscapes, retaining walls, or other landscape features
Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal when necessary
Supervise crew members as a Crew Leader, providing guidance and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Maintain equipment and tools through regular cleaning and preventative maintenance
Follow project plans and client specifications to deliver exceptional service
Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times during outdoor operations
Requirements
Prior experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
Supervising or leadership experience is a plus for Crew Leader applicants
Knowledge of landscaping techniques including irrigation systems and tree care is desirable
Ability to operate various landscaping tools and machinery safely
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year
Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor
Valid license and reliable transportation required
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn new skills
