Good opportunity for someone without experience who wants consistent work, cash everyday, flexible days, and no desk in sight. Most crew members take $270-$300 home everyday.
We are adding additional Leaf Removal Technicians/Crew Members for our growing schedule this season. You'll get assigned onto an active service team managed by crew chief. No prior experience necessary we'll get you up to speed on all operating equipment on your first day. Expectations on every shift:
- Clearing leaves and debris from lawns, garden beds, and wooded edges using professional backpack blowers and rakes
- Operating leaf vacuums, shredders, and zero-turn mulching mowers multiple times a day
- Detailing sidewalks, driveways, and porches on each property before moving on
- Loading debris into service truck(s) and constant assistance with transport between jobs
We cash pay $27.00 per hour everyday (9 minimum hours w/ 1hr break).
Each shift has guaranteed these hours until end of season (next fall).
You have workday flexibility but shift times & hours aren't negotiable. Shifts start at 9:30a.m. and run until all properties are completed. Scheduling is seven days per week until October of 2026.
Starting Date: Can be next weekend, latest by Saturday July 4th. Must be OK with working outdoors for an extended shift regardless of weather conditions.
