We’re a growing property maintenance company seeking reliable, detail-oriented Independent Contractors for ongoing work throughout the Tulsa metro.
Positions Available:
✔ General Property Maintenance Contractors
✔ Handyman-Skilled Professionals
✔ Remodel & Repair Specialists
What You’ll Do:
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (interior/exterior)
• Painting, drywall, trim, doors, fencing, decking, locks, screens
• Light plumbing & electrical work (basic repairs only)
• Work on residential and small commercial properties
• Maintain quality and safety standards
We’re Looking For:
✅ Experienced in property maintenance/repair
✅ Own basic tools & reliable transportation
✅ Professional, punctual, and self-motivated
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems
