Found these puppies wondering around in and out of a very busy street almost getting hit by car after car. We tried to take them to Tulsa animal services , humane society but because we did not find them in Tulsa city limits only Tulsa county they will not take them in. We do not know anything about them we tried to find the owners with no luck. They are all about five pounds or smaller.
