I agree, not all have a decent life, most are the result of continuous bad decisions, not having been raised by a mom and dad, that taught real life skills, and they have a sense of entitlement thru no efforts of their own. I see them everyday. Example, I have worked with the city rescue mission, most want a chance to get back to a productive life. but there are always some who refuse to follow the rules of the place, would rather mooch on the street corner and sleep in a ditch. its a fact, government will never help the problem, ask california, they throw billions at it and have zero results. If you believe so strongly in socialism, form a co op with your neighbors and help people Yourselves. YOU do it dont wait on the government. In America, YOU are the government.
