We are currently seeking: Property Manager

Supervises: None
Wage Status: Salary


As a Property Manager, you will:

• Act as a liaison between tenants & property owners
• Provide friendly & informative customer service
• Answer phone calls to pre-screen prospective tenants
• Advertise & show properties in Tulsa & surrounding area
• Process rental applications, lease paperwork, & lease renewals
• Accept rental payments & post rents
• Enforce timely payments & collections
• Process evictions & lockouts
• Create tenant files, maintain & update records
• Annual tenant walk throughs
• Resolve tenant issues
• Coordinate with outside maintenance vendors to ensure turnovers, move ins, move outs, and work order
requests are completed as scheduled and adhere to company policy
• Meet with outside vendors to obtain bids for authorized projects
• Checking & entering vendor Invoices
• Closing out tenant/owner accounts
• Comply with federal & state laws
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Director or Managing Broker


• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Previous property management experience, leasing, & customer service experience desired
• Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must have strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• Organized & detail oriented
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting
• Computer Proficiency including MS Office & property management software
• A current Oklahoma Real Estate License is desired

Work Hours:

• 40 hours plus per week including some weekends

Driving/Traveling Requirements

• Frequent need (50% to 66% of the time) to utilize company car or personal transportation for showings and
property inspections, trips to the bank, post office, and other locations as necessary to perform work duties
• Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance
