We are looking to buy a home in either Tulsa County or possibly one of the surrounding areas that is not too far away (prefer no more than 1 hour outside Tulsa at the most). This is an area we plan to retire in within the next couple years so we decided we would just buy a place now if the right home for the right price came up.
Fixer uppers are welcome for the right price and depending on the deal we may just make an all cash offer to make it quick and easy on everyone. And of course if your home is in great shape that is certainly fine as well.
We are only interested in dealing either directly with property owners or if your home is already listed for sale on the MLS we are glad to deal directly with your realtor. We are not interested in any replies from buyer's agents looking for a client as we already have that taken care of if needed.
All we need as a minimum is 3 bed/2 bath/garage and we prefer to stay below $200k and will be paying cash so it can be a quick close if needed.
