My name is Michael, I am 36 yrs old, new to the area and trying to make some extra money, I am honest, timely, hard working and easy to work with.
My skill set is fairly solid from "floor to ceiling" with residential homes.
I have spent most of my past 14 years doing apartment/building maintenance, service calls/handyman work at residences.
I am not above any work moving, sweeping, cleaning organizing, up to installing garage doors and openers, flooring, tiling, trim, painting, plumbing, lighting landscape, texture, drywall, carpentry etc.
