Renting out one of my empty bedrooms in my home. ALL utilities included (incl. WiFi), you’ll have your own bathroom, full use of all the common areas including kitchen and laundry, and driveway parking. Room can be furnished with queen air mattress (incl. sheets & pillow if needed), and one or more dressers, but you’re welcome to bring your own furnishings. I have the house cleaned every 2 weeks.
