What's up! I've got a room opening up in my three bedroom house here in North Tulsa, and I'm looking for someone chill to fill it.
So here's the deal – it's $500 a month, which honestly is pretty reasonable for having your own bedroom in an actual house. You're not crammed into some tiny apartment or dealing with paper-thin walls. This is a real house with a yard and everything.
The room is one of three bedrooms, so you'd be sharing the place with me and one other roommate. We're both pretty laid back and keep to ourselves mostly, but we're friendly when we cross paths. Nobody's throwing wild parties or anything like that. Just regular people living their lives, going to work, doing our thing.
You'd have access to the whole house – kitchen, living room, bathroom, all of it. We've got a washer and dryer too, so no more trips to the laundromat with a bag full of quarters. There's parking in the driveway and on the street, so if you've got a car, you're covered.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Nothing fancy, but it's a good area with decent people. We've got a corner store nearby, and you're not too far from grocery stores and whatever else you might need.
I'm looking for someone who's got their life together, you know? Someone with a job or steady income who can pay rent on time. Preferably someone who cleans up after themselves and doesn't leave messes everywhere. We're not super strict or anything, but basic respect goes a long way.
The $500 covers rent. We split utilities three ways between all the roommates, so that's electric, gas, water, and internet. Usually comes out pretty cheap when you divide it up. I can give you the exact numbers when we talk.
No drama, no sketchy stuff, no illegal activities. Just want someone normal who's looking for an affordable place to stay. Could be a good fit for someone just starting out, maybe working nearby, or just trying to save some money while still having a comfortable spot to live.
If you're interested, hit me up and tell me about yourself. What do you do for work? When are you looking to move in? Any questions about the place? I'll respond quick and we can figure out a time for you to swing by and check it out.
