Free estimate on complete system change out. Pricing starts at $1500 plus equipment for system on a first floor with furnace in outside closet or garage. If location is inside over carpet area add $300 for upstairs add $600 for 2nd floor attic add $1200. You can purchase equipment yourself or I can help you pick or get equipment locally. I will post pricing of some of the different distributors in pictures below.
For service or repair price $165 to come out and I will do everything I can to fix it for that cost. If it is going to cost more than that, I will tell you how much it will be first. Freon is $100 a pound. If you need freon, I will look for the leak and give you a price to fix it. Capacitors, contactors, relays, transformers etc. generally cost $100. Fan motors are generally about $250 plus an hour labor to install.
All problems from refrigerant leak repair, electronic control board issues, air flow problems, building envelope problems, damp humid problems and mold, air quality problems, and many more problems with hvac.
I also install,service and repair mini splits. It is easy to find someone to install one, but try and find someone who also works on them. I have one installed on my truck, and it is also solar powered.
