Working Foreman needed Immediately. Job requires strong background in remodels/commercial work and general construction. The position is to be an onsite working foreman. Must be detail oriented, must have in-field experience running a crew. Must be proficient interpreting building plans, personable with clients, and able to jump from the truck to working in the field. Must be able to schedule crews daily, reporting progress with pictures to the contractor. Should have OSHA 30 or be willing to take online course to get it.
