Driver Source is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Escort Clerk to coordinate pilot/escort services for oversized and over-dimensional loads.
This role is critical to ensuring routing, permits, escort scheduling, and transportation compliance requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate pilot/escort services for oversized loads
- Schedule and communicate with drivers, escorts, and dispatchers
- Track routes, permits, road conditions, and load status
- Maintain routing and transportation records
- Verify escort insurance and compliance documents
- Provide customer and driver updates regarding schedules and delays
- Assist with administrative and office duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance
- Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or permitting experience preferred
- Experience with AXON, Enroute, Excel, or Microsoft Office preferred
